Every Friday:
- Junior Class for 5-12yr Olds -  17:30 until 18:15

- The Junior class focuses on learning through both traditional methods as well as learning through games, the class is run with a relaxed atmosphere and encourages fun while learning.

- Senior Class for 13yrs upwards -  18:20 until 19:20

  - The senior class looks at beginning the more serious training and applications of your Kempo Ju-Jitsu & FMA training, introducing weapons training and defences at the higher grades

All of these classes are ideal for beginners as well as experienced martial artists interested in adding new skills to their existing knowledge and training.
