Classes Friday Evenings:

Nihonzaru Class: 5yr to 12yr olds
Time: 17:10 to 17:55 (45 mins)
No DoGi (Gi) is required for this class. The students just need black jogging bottoms and a white T-Shirt / top. Their grade belt can be tied around the student’s waist over their top / T-Shirt.

Ryuu Class: 13yr olds upwards
Time: 18:00 to 19:00 (1hr)
A sturdy DoGi is required, consisting of black bottoms, and a white Judo or Ju-Jitsu style jacket / top, it is also recommended that a white T-Shirt is worn under the jacket, with the grade belt to be tied around the student’s waist.

Calming Kata Class: 16yr olds upwards

Time: 19:05 to 19:50 (45 mins)

Loose comfortable clothing is recommended with comfortable footwear. (Starting September 2025)
